Auto-Mitrailleuse Renault M1914, with the flat rectangular shield of the machine gun, adapted for anti-aircraft shooting. This new task assigned to the French armored cars, as was the anti-aircraft defense close to the front, it began to be applied in the first part of the year 1915, when the threat of a mobile front was annulled by the appearance of the entrenched front.
